Andrew is a financier by background and leads Scottish Futures Trust’s (SFT) transport decarbonisation workstream. SFT is an infrastructure agency of Scottish Government and provides commercial support to Transport Scotland to assist them in establishing the best regulatory and market environment to accelerate transport decarbonisation. Specifically on the increasing private investment into public EV car and van charging infrastructure and understanding the best forms of government intervention to support the private financing of battery electric trucks and associated charging infrastructure.
