Hugh has been working within transport decarbonisation since 2019, specifically in electric vehicle infrastructure, and more recently grant management and administration. He leads the coordination of the Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) Support Body and the delivery of the LEVI Scheme on behalf of the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles. As well as this, managing the delivery of the On-street Residential Chargepoint Scheme, and the newly announced Electric Vehicle Pavement Channels Grant (EVPCG).
